What's Happening?

There is a lot happening in the next few weeks.

October 30th is Celebration Sunday

Saturday October 29th - Prayer at 6:00 p.m.

Sunday October 30th - Breakfast at 8:30 and Worship at 10:00 a.m.

November 6th - Special Guests

Heather Gillon, author of Dancing On My Ashes and her sister Holly Snell. These ladies have a great testimony to share!

November 6th - Worship night at 6:30 p.m.

November 7th through 9th - FIRE FALL

Evangelist Daniel Tidmore will be speaking each night! Daniel is the staff evangelist of Grace Community Church in Salem. Check him out on their staff page.

What to Pray About

With a lot of extra prayer time this week, you may wonder what to pray about. First, just pray to know God more. Hang out with him in prayer. Knowing him is the best part of praying and fasting. Second, I want to ask you to be praying and fasting for God's direction and provision in finding a new location for our church.

We need a miracle! Miracles don't just happen all the time. They happen when people pray. We need to pray and seek God. We need to fight the Devil who wants our church to stay small, get discouraged, remain unseen, and ultimately fail. Pray for your church!

Fasting

This week I am fasting my car. Today I walked to work, to the hospital, from the hospital home and now back to work. Later today I have to walk home again, back for a meeting, and then home again. I am praying a lot. While walking I have also invited one friend to church!

I had a great conversation with a man from church, who I met while walking today. He is fasting television and is loving it! He has read an entire book of the Bible, started a second, and had a lot more quiet time with God in his fast.
