I am very excited about some recent events in our small groups. On Sunday, one of the groups invited my family to their bar-b-q. It was planned for the park, but it rained and we moved inside. I gave up an afternoon of deer hunting because I was so excited about the group and being able to be with them. Thanks to LeRoy and Dee for the invite, and to Gene for some great North Carolina bar-b-q!
Next Sunday we have been invited to join a small group that is going to a concert in St. Louis! Again, I am so proud of our small groups and their ability to care for one another! These are great fellowship ideas and great small group events worthy of inviting new friends!
